Tell us your backstory: What was your path to owning a business in Del Mar Village? Did you grow up here? Why did you choose Del Mar Village to set up shop?
I grew up mostly in South Orange County, started working in restaurants at about 14. We chose Del Mar because it’s a great little beach town and we think we have the best corner!
Tell us about your business. What should people know about it? What makes it unique?
We serve great Latin-inspired food and drinks at a fair price and have a fun staff that embraces hospitality!
What is one menu item or product you are most known for or is particularly special to you?
Everyday my #1 changes depending on my mood.
Tell us one fun fact about your business most people don't know.
Ally our GM worked for us as a bartender for numerous years before becoming a manager; it took a few years to convince her to become a manager and now she is the GM.
What do you love about Del Mar Village?
I love the small town feel and that it has a beach.
How would you spend the perfect day in Del Mar? Where would you go? What would you eat or do?
I'd go to the beach, maybe a surf and then go eat at Tamarindo.
