The Del Mar Village Association (DMVA) brings our business community together to promote Del Mar, support local businesses, create great experiences for residents and visitors, and help keep the Village of Del Mar vibrant. WHAT DOES DMVA DO?

DMVA’s work focuses on three main areas: Special Events, Economic Development, and Destination Marketing. We create events and experiences that bring people into the Village, support a healthy and diverse business community through recruitment, retention, resources, and partnerships, and promote Del Mar as a place to visit, shop, dine, stay, and enjoy. Together, these efforts are designed to benefit Del Mar businesses, residents, commercial property owners, visitors, and the City of Del Mar.

DMVA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings Del Mar businesses, residents, commercial property owners, and the City together to connect and support the Village as a whole.

We develop marketing campaigns, events, social media content, website content, email communications, and other initiatives designed to keep Del Mar visible, vibrant, and top-of-mind among both residents and visitors. When people discover Del Mar through our channels, we work to connect them with the businesses that make the Village special.

MORE THAN A MEMBERSHIP

For 20 years, the Del Mar Village Association has brought together Del Mar businesses, residents, commercial property owners, and the City to support a vibrant and successful Village. As a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit organization, DMVA is guided by a Board of Directors made up of Del Mar residents, businesses, and commercial property owners who are committed to working together for the betterment of our community. Our mission is to enhance the vitality of Del Mar Village while preserving its history and unique character, with a vision for a vibrant downtown that supports the business community, celebrates the arts, preserves our natural and aesthetic environment, and creates quality experiences for residents and visitors.
